Rugby league excitement is set to return to Perth with Game Two of the State of Origin next Wednesday, drawing anticipation from fans.

Maroons winger Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow expressed his enthusiasm for the event, having previously participated in a thrilling match in Perth with the Dolphins.

As he prepares with the Queensland squad for this crucial game against the Blues, he praised the initiative to host State of Origin and regular NRL games in the city.

He noted the significance of bringing high-level rugby league to Perth, especially with the city set to welcome its own team in 2027.

Following the Origin match at Optus Stadium, Tabuai-Fidow and the Dolphins will play their Round 15 match against the Knights at HBF Park.
