Cricket fans are outraged at the lack of support Ellyse Perry received from her teammates after Royal Challengers Bangalore were eliminated from the Women's Premier League in India.

Despite Perry's outstanding performance as the competition's top-scorer with 323 runs, RCB's 12-run loss against UP Warriorz dashed her hopes of winning the title.

The disappointment was compounded by a previous match where Perry, despite scoring 90 not out, was not chosen to bat in the super-over, ultimately resulting in another defeat.

With RCB at a 2-5 record and in last place, Perry's exceptional performances have not been enough to lift her team to victory.

Fans have criticized her teammates for not supporting the star player, with some expressing that they "don't deserve" to have her on their team.

Additionally, George Voll came close to making history as the first player to score a century in WPL, but was left stranded on 99 not out for UP Warriorz.

Voll is one of four Aussies in the past 12 days to narrowly miss out on reaching the century mark.

The frustration and disappointment from fans highlight the missed opportunities and lack of team effort that ultimately led to RCB's early elimination from the competition.
