Tamika Upton secured her third Dally M Medal as NRLW player of the year, extending her record as the competition's first multiple winner.
The Brisbane fullback beat Wests Tigers half Raecene McGregor after polling six points in the penultimate round and one in Round 11.
"I've still got lots to improve on," Upton said before Sunday's grand final against Sydney Roosters.
Nathan Cleary won his maiden Dally M Medal, finishing 14 points ahead of Cronulla's Braydon Trindall.
Recovering from emergency ankle surgery, the Penrith halfback accepted the award from home after missing Wednesday's ceremony.
He played 23 matches, set up 29 tries and led the voting with 67 points, ahead of Trindall on 53 and Dylan Edwards on 52.
"I can't thank everyone enough for the messages they've sent through and the support I've felt," Cleary said.
"I want to start off by thanking all my teammates. None of this would be possible without them. They definitely made me 10,000 times the player that I am."
Cleary also won his first Wally Lewis Medal after NSW's 2-1 State of Origin series victory, and has four premierships and two Clive Churchill Medals.
Andrew Webster was named NRL coach of the year, while Canberra's Ethan Sanders won rookie of the year.
Newcastle had no players in the NRL team of the year despite reaching the grand final; Kalyn Ponga and coach Justin Holbrook also missed out.
Voting ended after the regular season, when the Knights finished seventh. Sydney Roosters representatives Robert Toia and Naufahu Whyte made the team.
Newcastle winger Mercedez Taulelei-Siala won NRLW rookie of the year after scoring 13 tries in 12 games, and Gold Coast coach Karyn Murphy received the coach's medal.
South Sydney's Jai Arrow received the Peter Frilingos headline moment and Provan-Summons spirit of the game awards for his response to motor neurone disease.
