The Penrith Panthers have uncovered the jaw-dropping game day diet of their star winger Brian To'o, and it's causing quite a stir in the Rugby League world.

To'o, gearing up for his fifth consecutive grand final appearance, will start his day with a feast fit for a champion - two breakfast burgers, a heaping bowl of chips smothered in aioli, and a staggering six cans of Coke Zero.

That's a whopping 2,000 calories of fuel for To'o's engine, getting him revved up for the world-class performances he consistently delivers on the field.

Teammate Liam Martin couldn't hide his shock, describing To'o's diet as "disgusting" and questioning how he manages to stay in top form.

Martin even admits to snapping photos of To'o's breakfast spread on away trips, still unable to fathom the sheer quantity of food consumed.

However, Rugby League legend Gorden Tallis reassured fans that To'o's eating habits are not uncommon in the sport.

With the grand final looming, it's clear that To'o is fueling up in his own unique way, ready to tackle the competition head-on and show why he's a force to be reckoned with on the Rugby League field.
