Nathan Cleary and Isaah Yeo have been named co-captains of Penrith's squad for Sunday's finals meeting with the Sydney Roosters at CommBank Stadium.
Ivan Cleary's starting side features Dylan Edwards, Tom Jenkins, Luke Garner, Casey McLean, Brian To'o, Jack Cole, Nathan Cleary, Moses Leota, Mitch Kenny, Lindsay Smith, Isaiah Papali'i, Liam Martin and Isaah Yeo.
The interchange group comprises Freddy Lussick, Scott Sorensen, Liam Henry and Billy Phillips.
Blaize Talagi and Billy Scott are also included among the reserves, while Jesse McLean carries jersey number 22.
