The Dolphins' versatile player, Kurt Donoghoe, is facing a two-week ban after being slapped with a grade two careless high tackle charge against the Wests Tigers.
If he opts for the early guilty plea, he will be watching from the sidelines for the next two matches and won't be back in action until round eight.
This isn't the first time Donoghoe has found himself in hot water this season, as he also received a similar charge in the Pre-Season Challenge against the Titans.
The tackle on Samuela Fainu in the 42nd minute of the game has landed him in some trouble once again.
The Dolphins and Donoghoe will need to weigh their options and decide whether to accept the charge or challenge it in the days to come.
