Parramatta's pain: the injury game's no fair play

LeagueNews.co | Cooper McEnroe

Parramatta's season has hit another setback with new injury concerns ahead of their Round 16 matchup against the Titans.

According to reports from zerotackle.com, halfback Mitch Moses will be sidelined for up to six weeks due to a calf strain incurred during State of Origin camp.

This injury interrupts his momentum after recently returning from a fractured foot.

Additionally, forward Luca Moretti is expected to be out for four to six weeks following a syndesmosis injury sustained in the Eels' Round 15 loss to Penrith.

Moretti has been a standout player during a challenging season, and his absence adds to Parramatta's growing list of unavailable forwards.

Outside back Richard Penisini remains doubtful after surgery on a broken hand from a Round 14 NSW Cup match.
