The Parramatta National Rugby League Club, known as the Eels, has recently released their Junior Rugby League Strategic Plan for the years 2023-2025.

This plan was developed based on recommendations from the Junior Rugby League Stakeholder Research Report, which was commissioned by the club in 2022.

The strategic planning process began in February 2023, with the formation of a Strategic Plan Sub-Committee.

This committee, with a clear charter, met three times to discuss the content of the plan, which will guide the future of the Parramatta Junior Rugby League.

After careful consideration and endorsement by both the Parramatta Junior Rugby League Board and the Parramatta National Rugby League Board, the Draft 2023-2025 Strategic Plan was finalized.

It was then distributed to the 27 affiliated clubs a fortnight ago for their review and feedback.

Today, the Parramatta Junior Rugby League has publicly released the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan.

This plan is based on the 8 pillars identified in the Junior Rugby League Stakeholder Research Report, ensuring a targeted approach to the development and growth of the league.

The Parramatta Junior Rugby League is excited to work with all stakeholders in implementing the strategic plan and achieving the goals outlined in the document.

By focusing on the strategic areas identified, the league aims to further enhance the experience and opportunities for junior players, coaches, and volunteers.

This plan marks an important step forward for the Parramatta Junior Rugby League, as it provides a clear roadmap for the next three years.

The club is committed to working collaboratively with all involved parties to ensure the successful execution of the plan and the continued success of the league.

With the release of the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan, the Parramatta Junior Rugby League is demonstrating their dedication to the development and growth of the sport at a grassroots level.

By aligning their efforts with the findings of the research report, the club is positioning itself for a bright future in the rugby league community.
