Junior Paulo is expected to lead Parramatta's front row in 2027 alongside new recruit and fellow Toa Samoa forward Spencer Leniu.
The veteran prop has agreed to remain with the Eels for 2027 under coach Jason Ryles.
In August, Paulo appeared bound for the Perth Bears on a lucrative two-year deal. His reported change of heart followed speculation about a $900,000 asking price.
Now 32, Paulo is in camp with Toa Samoa for the Rugby League World Cup. He has played 280 NRL matches for Parramatta and the Raiders, featured in 11 State of Origin games for NSW, and represented Samoa internationally 10 times.
The 2027 season will be his 16th in first grade. He came through the Parramatta academy and made his NRL debut in 2013.
Parramatta football boss Mark O'Neill called retaining Paulo a significant result for the club.
"What Junior brings to the team goes far beyond his performances on the field," O'Neill said.
"He is an outstanding role model, a family man, mentor to the younger players and someone who helps drive the standards and culture of the club every day."
"He's incredibly well respected throughout the game and, more importantly, he's well-loved within the organisation."
