Eels Members can begin building their 2027 Membership Packs through the Eels Member Store when access opens in November.
Five packs will contain a randomly placed Golden Ticket, each granting its winner and a guest a double pass to an exclusive Eels Game Day Experience.
The Club says the experience will take winners behind the scenes and closer to the team on game day.
Members who make their selections earlier can expect their packs sooner, giving them an earlier chance to discover a ticket.
Winners must scan the QR code on their Golden Ticket and submit a short video showing their reaction to finding it.
After the ticket is verified, the Eels team will contact the winner with details about the experience.
The promotion is part of the launch of the Eels' 2027 Membership campaign, and the Club encourages Members to open their packs carefully.
