Ryan Papenhuyzen has clarified that he only suffered a corked glute during Melbourne's win over Manly, alleviating concerns of a hamstring injury.

Following initial reports of hamstring tightness, Papenhuyzen confirmed, "It's all good.

It was a bit of my glute." Coach Craig Bellamy mentioned it was a precautionary measure to substitute Papenhuyzen.

This news is a relief for the Storm considering Papenhuyzen's history of leg injuries.

Additionally, Bellamy stated that Xavier Coates' hamstring tightness isn't severe, expressing hope that both players will be fit for the next game.

"With X and hamstring tightness, you panic about that, but hopefully both are okay for next week." The team's 48-24 victory over the Sea Eagles was clouded by injury concerns for Papenhuyzen and Coates, but it seems they will likely recover in time for the next match.
