Panthers Hooker Eyes Offshore Dream?

LeagueNews.co | Jess Malloy

Penrith Panthers hooker Soni Luke is reportedly being considered for a move overseas as he searches for a new opportunity in rugby league.

Currently off-contract and part of the nine players on the roster without a secured deal for next season, Luke has seen a decrease in his standing, now behind Luke Sommerton and Billy Scott in the pecking order.

Having played only two first-grade matches in the last two seasons, his chances of being re-signed appear slim.

According to Hull Live, Luke is interested in joining the Super League in 2026, and his management has already sought potential offers from various overseas clubs.

This isn't the first time he has been linked with an overseas move, highlighting his ongoing quest for a new chapter in his career.
