The Penrith Panthers are set to compete in their sixth consecutive preliminary final this Sunday against the Brisbane Broncos, following a dominant performance against the third-placed Canterbury Bulldogs.

Although the Panthers faced disciplinary issues with two players, fans can be assured that their key players will participate in the crucial match.

Panthers captain Nathan Cleary was charged with a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle for his challenge on Bulldogs fullback Connor Tracey.

Cleary will incur a fine of $1000, which could rise to $1500 if he chooses to contest the charge and is unsuccessful.

Additionally, his teammate Brad Schneider received the same penalties for a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact incident involving Sitili Tupouniua.

On the opposing side, Bulldogs fan favorite Kurt Mann was also charged with a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact for his tackle on Cleary.

Mann is facing a potential fine of $1800, which could escalate to $2500 if he challenges the charge and does not succeed.
