Tevita Pangai Junior Jr.

has thrown a classic dummy move, leaving fans and pundits scratching their heads.

The big man, known for his hard-hitting style, was expected to team up with the legendary Wayne Bennett at Souths, but has instead opted for a surprising one-year deal with the Catalans Dragons in the Super League.

This isn't the first time Pangai Jr.

has left the NRL dumbfounded.

Last year, he caused a stir by walking out on a lucrative deal with the Bulldogs to pursue a career in boxing.

Despite claiming his heart was in the ring, a couple of lackluster wins and a knockout loss seemed to reignite his passion for the rugby league field.

Even when he was throwing punches in the ring, rumors were swirling about his potential return to the NRL, with the Dolphins and the Queensland Cup's Souths Logan all in the mix.

Now, Pangai Jr.'s decision to join the Dragons has left everyone wondering what his next move will be.

One thing's for sure - this game of cat and mouse between player and clubs is far from over.
