In a historic debut, Pakulis made an impactful entrance into rugby league, playing 43 minutes off the bench for the Titans.
Presented with her debut jersey by NRL Pathways Project Manager Mike Castle, who also presented her first rugby league jersey at the 2017 World Cup, Pakulis showcased her skills with five hit-ups and 31 tackles.
Although the Titans lost the match, coach Karyn Murphy assured Pakulis that she should take pride in her accomplishment.
Pakulis expressed her eagerness to make a difference, stating, "I want to be an impact out there."
