The Canterbury Bulldogs website, bulldogs.com.au, has reported that NRL player Oloapu is currently weighing his options when it comes to surgery for a bulging disc.

Oloapu, who made his NRL debut last season, is facing uncertainty about when he will be able to return to the game.

The Bulldogs GM of football, Phil Gould, has stated that Oloapu is considering all possibilities before making a decision about surgery.

Another NRL player, Papenhuyzen, spent time with Knowles in Philadelphia last January as he recovered from a fractured kneecap.

Papenhuyzen made a comeback in Round 26 against the Titans after a year out of the game but then suffered a dislocated ankle in the Storm's loss to Brisbane in the finals.
