The latest news out of the National Rugby League has brought forth the names of the 35 players vying for a spot on the coveted 2024 NRLW Dally M Team of the Year.
Alongside them are contenders for Coach, Captain, and Rookie of the Year honors.
Among the nominees for the NRLW Dally M Team of the Year are the likes of Tamika Upton, the reigning Dally M Medalist, as well as 10 players who made the cut in the 2023 Dally M Team of the Year.
This prestigious accolade recognizes the top player in each position throughout the entirety of the regular season.
Positions up for grabs include fullback, five-eighth, halfback, lock, and hooker, with three nominees each, while wing, centre, second row, and front row positions are up for grabs by five contenders.
The Dally M Awards are a highlight on the Rugby League calendar, honoring the standout performers from both the NRL Telstra Premiership and NRL Telstra Women's Premiership.
The much-anticipated awards ceremony is set to take place on Wednesday, October 2 in Sydney.
Expectations are high as fans wait to see who will take home the title of Dally M Player of the Year, as well as accolades like Coach of the Year, Captain of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and other coveted awards for both the NRL and NRLW, such as leading tryscorer and pointscorer.
