The NRL has made a ruling on the suspensions of Indigenous All-Stars pair Latrell Mitchell and Josh Addo-Carr, with the annual All-Stars match counting towards their time off the field.

Suspended for off-field misconduct that brought the game into disrepute, the dynamic duo are gearing up for an early return to the 2025 NRL season.

According to reports from News Corp, the NRL has given the green light for Mitchell and Addo-Carr to serve their suspensions during the All Stars fixture.

This means Mitchell will be ready to go for the Rabbitohs' clash against The Dolphins in round one, while Addo-Carr can make his debut for the Eels in round three against the Canterbury Bulldogs.

Indigenous All Stars coach Ronnie Griffiths understands the decision, stating, "Souths and Parramatta employ these players at the end of the day, so I totally get why they wanted this game to count towards their bans.

It's only fair." This early comeback opportunity could be a game-changer for both players as they look to make an impact on the field once again.
