NRL fans blitz Broncos after grand final loss

‘Can’t win the grand final’: NRL world brutally roasts Broncos annihilation

The NRL world has once again shown no mercy, with fans relentlessly mocking the Brisbane Broncos as their season came crashing to a brutal end in a 50-12 annihilation at the hands of the Melbourne Storm, the minor premiers.

It was a performance that can only be described as reminiscent of a horror movie, with the Storm taking a victory lap on the Broncos' shattered dreams.

After their season officially ended in a dismal 40-6 loss to the Dolphins last week, the Broncos were left with nothing but pride to play for in round 27.

However, they failed to even show a semblance of fight as they were easily dismantled by the Storm on the field.

It was a stark contrast to the 2023 season, when the Broncos were on the cusp of a premiership glory before Nathan Cleary pulled off a miraculous comeback.

Back then, the club was flying high in fifth place on the ladder with a 7-4 record, but this season has been a different story altogether.

The Broncos have been left licking their wounds as they face the harsh reality of their disappointing season, with NRL fans not holding back in their criticisms.

It's a bitter pill to swallow for a team that was once considered a contender for the title, but now finds themselves on the receiving end of a merciless drubbing.
