Sharks halfback Nicho Hynes will unfortunately be sitting out of his team's trial match against the Bulldogs due to a minor quadriceps issue, according to a report on sharks.com.au.
Despite being a key player in the victorious Indigenous All Stars team alongside teammate Braydon Trindall last week, Hynes experienced tightness in his quad during the final training session.
In order to ensure his full recovery and readiness for the upcoming season, it has been decided to rest him for the Sharks' final trial at Belmore Sports Ground tomorrow night.
Fortunately, Hynes is expected to make a complete return ahead of the Sharks' round one clash with the Warriors on March 8.
The replacement for Hynes at halfback will be Daniel Atkinson, who will don jersey No.22 for the match.
However, the rest of the Sharks team will remain unchanged from the initial lineup announced on Tuesday.
Fans can look forward to seeing the likes of Will Kennedy, Ronaldo Mulitalo, Jesse Ramien, Toby Rudolf, and Blayke Brailey in action, as they have their first official hit outs of the year.
Additionally, the return of Briton Nikora, Royce Hunt, and Trindall from All Stars duties adds further strength to the team's line-up.
