The Gold Coast Titans are set to welcome several newcomers in their pre-season clash against the Cowboys for the Brittany Breayley-Nati - Jenni-Sue Hoepper shield on Saturday.
The match will feature nine uncapped players aiming to impress coach Karyn Murphy, including new recruits Pauline Piliae-Rasabale, Natasha Penitani, Jasmine Fogavini, and Megan Pakulis.
The team will be missing Evania Isaako and Shannon Mato, who are both on maternity leave.
However, young athletes Ivana Lolesio and Destiny Mino-Sinapati are returning after suffering season-ending injuries last year.
Additionally, two promising pathway prospects will make their NRLW debut from the bench.
Coach Murphy has chosen to rest Lauren Brown, following her strong performance in the Origin campaign.
Meanwhile, Sarina Masaga, Laikha Clarke, Lily Kolc, and Niall Williams-Guthrie are continuing their rehabilitation for pre-season injuries.
Queensland Under 19 players Takoda Thompson and Phoenix-Raine Hippi will also sit out, having played in Thursday's interstate match.
Kick-off for the game is scheduled for 3pm on Saturday at Piggabeen Sports Complex, Tweed Heads.
