Sharks winger Ronaldo Mulitalo has accepted a one-match ban after pleading guilty to Grade 2 dangerous contact involving Roosters centre Mark Nawaqanitawase.
Reports from sharks.com.au indicate that Mulitalo will miss the Round 14 game against the Warriors at Sharks Stadium on June 7, as Cronulla has a bye this weekend.
By opting for an early guilty plea, he avoids a more severe two-match suspension that could have resulted from contesting the charge at the judiciary.
The citation followed a sin-bin incident for a high shot on Nawaqanitawase leading to a try during the Sharks' 42-16 defeat at Industree Group Stadium.
