In August, the Penrith Panthers had an impressive run of victories against the Melbourne Storm, Manly Sea Eagles, and Gold Coast Titans.

According to the report on the official Panthers website, Representative centre Stephen Crichton was a standout player during this period.

He proved to be a dangerous threat with the ball, consistently gaining over 149 meters per game and breaking through 12 tackles.

Crichton also managed to score four tries, showcasing his attacking prowess.

Another player who played a crucial role in the Panthers' success was Sunia Turuva.

Although he was rested for the game against the Parramatta Eels in Round 26, Turuva made a significant impact in the three victories in August.

As an enigmatic winger, he averaged an impressive 209 meters per game, made 147 post-contact meters, and broke 15 tackles.

Liam Martin, a backrower for the Panthers, was also instrumental in their attack and defense.

He made 158 post-contact meters, broke 15 tackles, and scored two tries.

Additionally, Martin averaged 27 tackles per game, proving his commitment to the team's defensive efforts.

Co-captain Isaah Yeo had a stellar season so far, and August was no exception.

Yeo consistently gained 153 running meters per game and broke through 12 tackles.

In the middle third of the park, he made a remarkable 147 tackles with an impressive efficiency rate of 90%.
