Paul Momirovski, the 2021 NRL premiership winner, has announced his immediate retirement from rugby league.
As reported by zerotackle.com, Momirovski last played in the NRL in 2023 and began his professional career in 2018 with the Sydney Roosters.
Over the years, he represented several teams, including the Wests Tigers (2019), Melbourne Storm (2020), and Penrith Panthers (2021), before returning to the Roosters for a second stint between 2022 and 2023.
Momirovski played a total of 60 matches in the NRL and was also a representative for the Prime Minister's XIII.
His last appearances were with the Leeds Rhinos in the Super League and FC Lezignan in the French Elite One Championship.
While he faced challenges in reaching his full potential during his career, he achieved significant success by winning the Grand Final in 2021 with the Panthers and being part of the Roosters Under-20s Grand Final team in 2016.
