Melbourne Storm proudly announces a record membership achievement, surpassing 30,000 members before Round 1 for the first time in its 28-year history.
With 30,072 members signed up for the 2026 Round 1 fixture, this surpasses last season's tally of 28,435 members.
This milestone reflects a strong growth trend, with membership rising from 21,739 in 2023 to 24,250 in 2024, and continuing to accelerate in the past year.
The achievement arrives just before a thrilling season opener against the Parramatta Eels at AAMI Park, following a record-breaking 2025 season that had overall membership peak at 40,237.
Over the past four seasons, Storm's membership base has seen a 40 percent increase, leading to this historic Round 1 result.
Following the momentum of the 2025 record, Storm aims to exceed 45,000 members in 2026 as demand keeps rising.
Storm CEO Justin Rodski stated that this milestone showcases the passion and loyalty of Storm members and fans.
