Kevin Walters' squad will then meet Fiji Bati in Brisbane on Sunday, 25 October, and the Cook Islands in Townsville on Saturday, 31 October.
Captain Isaah Yeo leads a squad that includes Bradman Best, Jack Bostock, Blayke Brailey, Pat Carrigan, Lindsay Collins, Reuben Cotter, Tom Dearden, Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, David Fifita, Harry Grant and Keaon Koloamatangi.
The other selections are Liam Martin, Latrell Mitchell, Mitchell Moses, Cameron Munster, Cameron Murray, Jacob Preston, Kotoni Staggs, James Tedesco, Tom Trbojevic, Sam Walker and Reece Walsh.
Melbourne Storm captain Grant has represented Australia 14 times, while vice-captain Munster has played 15 Tests for the Kangaroos.
Both were in Australia's 2022 World Cup-winning team, which beat Samoa 30-10 in the Manchester final.
Munster was also part of Australia's 2017 World Cup-winning squad.
Tom Jenkins, Hamish Stewart and Ethan Strange have been named as shadow players.
