In a night filled with glory and gratitude at AAMI Park, the Melbourne Storm proudly inducted their newest Life Members.

The prestigious honor was bestowed upon three current players, while four former players were also celebrated for their contributions to the club.

Christian Welch, Cameron Munster, Nelson Asofa-Solomona, and team staff member Ashley Tucker all received their well-deserved Life Membership.

These players join the likes of legends Cameron Smith, Cooper Cronk, Billy Slater, and Greg Inglis, who were inducted into the NRL Hall of Fame on the same illustrious evening.

Not only were players recognized, but the club also paid tribute to dedicated staff members like Club Doctor Jason Chan and former player turned welfare coordinator Peter Robinson, who have tirelessly served the Storm for over five years.

With his leadership skills and unwavering commitment to the team, Welch, who captained the club in 2022-23, has proven himself a true asset to the Storm.

Having played 158 NRL games and contributed to the 2020 premiership-winning squad, he stands tall among the elite members of the club's history.

As the Melbourne Storm family continues to grow and honor its past, these newest Life Members embody the spirit of rugby league - dedication, teamwork, and unwavering passion for the game.

Here's to the legends of yesterday, today, and tomorrow, who make the Storm shine brighter with every passing season.
