Taylan May is on the cusp of returning to the NRL after reportedly agreeing to a train and trial deal with the Wests Tigers.
This agreement will also connect him with his brother Terrell May, who is currently performing exceptionally well as one of the league's standout players in early 2025.
The deal allows Taylan to join the Tigers immediately, with The Sydney Morning Herald indicating he underwent a medical check at the club on Monday morning.
Though Taylan will be placed on the NRL's base salary, he can begin playing as soon as his contract is registered with the NRL.
It's important to note that train and trial players, along with those on pathways agreements, are eligible to participate in NRL matches starting from Round 11.
