LeagueNews.co | Robbie Hamilton

According to reports from warriors.kiwi, New Zealand Warriors second rower Jacob Laban will be sidelined for six weeks due to a leg fracture. Meanwhile, hooker Wayde Egan is out indefinitely as he deals with a shoulder issue.

Laban's injury occurred during a tackle involving Dolphins forward Felise Kaufusi, which led to the veteran being sin-binned and subsequently suspended.

Egan, who missed the match against the Dolphins due to a head knock, is now facing complications from a shoulder problem.

They join four other players on the NRL injury list, which includes Rocco Berry (shoulder), Ali Leiataua (ankle), Mitchell Barnett (knee), and Luke Metcalf (knee).

In addition, two players from the NZ Warriors' NRLW side will be unavailable this week. Michaela Brake is out for personal reasons, while second rower Shakira Baker will miss another week due to a pectoral injury.
