Max Plath is set to make his return this weekend as he comes back from injury in the Queensland Cup.
He has made a commendable recovery from the ACL injury he sustained last season and will play for the Redcliffe Dolphins.
As he builds his match fitness, Plath will also continue training with the Dolphins' NRL squad.
Injured teammates Ray Stone and Daniel Saifiti are still in rehabilitation for shoulder injuries.
While both are progressing well with the club's medical team, they will not be available for Round 1 and will be monitored weekly.
Jeremy Marshall-King is focusing on recovery from his MCL injury and is aiming to return by Round 7.
