Manly's connection to the Prime Minister's XIII dates to 2006, when Brett Stewart and Matt Orford represented the club.
Nathan Brown has now been selected for the 2026 Australian men's side, which will face Papua New Guinea's PMs XIII on Saturday, October 3.
The match will be played at Santos National Football Stadium in Port Moresby.
It will be Brown's second appearance, following his selection against Fiji in 2019 alongside Manly teammates Brad Parker, Reuben Garrick and Jake Trbojevic.
Jason Saab featured in last year's 28-10 win over PNG, while Garrick, Luke Brooks and Ethan Bullemor were selected in 2024.
Trbojevic has represented the PMs XIII six times, beginning in 2015.
Brown's final Manly match was against the Warriors in Round 27, after he reached 200 NRL games against the Dragons in Round 26 at 4 Pines Park.
Premiership and State of Origin winner Ben Te'o will coach the team.
Australian Rugby League Commission Executive Chairman Peter V'landys AM congratulated the selected players.
"The players selected are some of the best players in the game," Mr V'landys said.
"Not only do they have the opportunity to represent their country, they will be ambassadors for Australia and for Rugby League. They will change lives for the better.
