Manly Sea Eagles fly the coop with seven players

The Manly Sea Eagles have officially bid farewell to seven players as they gear up to hit the ground running in preparation for the 2025 NRL season.

While Brad Parker, Aaron Woods, and Karl Lawton had already announced their retirement or moved on to new teams, the departures of Ben Condon, Jamie Humphreys, Matthew Lodge, and Jaxon Paulo have now been confirmed.

It seems as though Paulo will be spreading his wings and soaring up north to join the North Queensland Cowboys, a move that has been on the cards for some time now.

There are whispers of a potential player swap involving D'Jazirhae Pua'Avase, a promising young forward, but the details are still up in the air.

The sea may be parting ways with these players, but the tides of change often usher in new opportunities for both the departing Eagles and the incoming recruits.

Only time will tell what the future holds for these men of the sea.
