The Brisbane Broncos are facing a tough decision regarding Ezra Mam's future with the team, as new details of his off-field incident emerge.
Mam's involvement in a car crash in Brisbane on Friday evening has put his contract in jeopardy, with reports suggesting the club may consider terminating it.
After allegedly failing a roadside drug test, Mam found himself in the hospital following a collision with an uber driver.
The occupants of the other vehicle were also hospitalized, but fortunately, they are in stable condition.
CCTV footage of the crash shows Mam veering onto the wrong side of the road, leading to the head-on collision.
The Broncos will need to have a serious chat with Mam, possibly summoning him to a meeting with coach Maguire, to discuss his future with the team.
