The NZ Warriors' website, warriors.kiwi, has reported that hooker Freddy Lussick will be replacing Jazz Tevaga on the interchange for their round 25 match against the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.
The game will take place at Daniel Anderson Stadium and will kick off at 8.00pm.
Lussick will join utility player Dylan Walker, as well as back rowers Bayley Sironen and Josh Curran, on the bench.
Meanwhile, fullback Taine Tuaupiki has been confirmed as the 18th man for the match.
Tevaga, who was set to make his third appearance after a long injury lay-off, suffered a hamstring injury during a field session on Wednesday.
The medical team is currently waiting for scan results to determine the severity of the injury and has not yet set a return to play date.
Tevaga had been sidelined since Anzac Day due to a calf injury before making his comeback against Gold Coast two weeks ago.
Additionally, winger Edward Kosi and halfback Ronald Volkman were also omitted from the extended squad at the 24-hour deadline.
