The London Broncos have strengthened their forward pack by signing two promising young forwards, Emarly Bitungane and Luke Smith, just after their NRL debuts.
Emarly Bitungane, who recently debuted with the North Queensland Cowboys, is set to join the Broncos for the 2026 season.
Recognized for his strength, versatility, and tireless work ethic, Bitungane is expected to adapt well to the UK competition, according to the Broncos. "Fresh off his NRL debut with the Cowboys, Emarly is now ready to make his mark in the UK," the club stated.
Alongside him, back-rower Luke Smith comes to the Broncos from the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, where he advanced through their respected development program.
Having made his NRL debut in 2025, Smith has emerged as a promising talent, noted for his size, athleticism, and defensive prowess. "Luke brings serious muscle to the forward pack and is ready for the next level in the capital," the Broncos mentioned.
