City and Country teams stacked with Wests Tigers

The City and Country teams are set for a showdown with a strong presence from the Wests Tigers, as reported by weststigers.com.au.

The upcoming carnival at Leichhardt Oval will showcase the talents of the club's players across all levels, from juniors to seniors, male and female.

A total of seven women's pathways players from Wests Tigers have secured a spot in the NSW City and NSW Country teams, while 14 male pathways players have been named in the junior City & Country teams.

The Wests Magpies Harold Matthews team is also well-represented, with players like hooker Ashton Large, five-eighth Jhevon Lele, winger Thomas Goodfield, and forward Siotame Havea Jr.

taking the field for the City U16s.

Adding to the excitement, talented centre Heamasi Makasini, a former Magpies premiership winner, will be showcasing his skills in the City U18s, playing up an age group.

Another standout player, Luke Laulilii, who has made his mark in SG Ball and NSW Cup this season, will be joining Makasini in the City U18s team.

The Macarthur Wests Tigers Andrew Johns Cup team is also basking in the glory of a successful season, having reached the grand final.

The carnival promises to be a thrilling display of Rugby League talent, with the Wests Tigers leading the charge in both strength and skill.
