The CEO of Storm has expressed worries regarding Zac Lomax in the wake of a recent controversy.
Lomax was let go from his contract with the Parramatta Eels last year, under a stipulation preventing him from joining another NRL team.
After Lomax aimed to explore a chance with R360, the rebel league's inaugural season was postponed, resulting in extended discussions between Melbourne and Parramatta.
This situation escalated to the Eels taking legal action against the representative winger.
The court battle has drawn the NRL into the Lomax-Eels legal confrontations.
During an interview with SEN, Rodski addressed the unfolding legal process and mentioned his intention to testify.
"The chances are sitting with the court in NSW," Rodski shared with SEN.
"That case will happen over five days next week. You speak to different silks and KCs, and you get different opinions on where it will land."
