Leeds Rhinos delivered an impressive performance to defeat Leigh Leopards and ascend to third place in the Super League.

According to reports from bbc.com, the Rhinos showcased their attacking prowess with a remarkable eight tries.

Kallum Watkins and Harry Newman each scored two tries, while Jake Connor excelled by converting all eight attempts, helping the team secure their sixth win in seven matches, following a loss to St Helens.

Leeds' scoring lineup also featured Lachie Miller, Cameron Smith, Tom Holroyd, and Mik Oledzki, highlighting their dominant display against a Leigh team that had enjoyed a three-game winning streak prior to this match.

Despite the Rhinos' strong performance, Leigh winger Keanan Brand shone for his side, netting his first Super League hat-trick.

Additionally, Isaac Liu, Gareth O'Brien, and Umyla Hanley made contributions for Leigh, but O'Brien struggled to replicate Connor's kicking success.
