In a separate incident, Tuialii was also sent to the sin bin for a tackle on Storm playmaker Eli Morris during the 72nd minute at Seiffert Oval.
If Tuialii challenges the charge and loses, his suspension could extend to two games.
Additionally, Francis' tackle on Noah Fien in the 44th minute at Kayo Stadium has been classified as a Grade 1 offence.
This classification comes with a $1500 fine, applicable if he submits an early guilty plea.
