Lachlan Croker, the hooker for the Manly Sea Eagles, recently played his 100th NRL match for the team, receiving praise from his teammate Reuben Garrick.
This milestone occurred during a game against an opposing team in Wollongong, where captain Daly Cherry-Evans also reached his 300th game.
Surprisingly, less than a week later, Croker will once again display his toughness and resilience as he plays his 100th game for the Sea Eagles against the Sydney Roosters at the SCG.
Since joining the club in 2018, Croker has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to the Sea Eagles, despite only having one NRL game under his belt from his time at Canberra.
His journey is considered inspirational by Sea Eagles Coach Anthony Seibold, who believes it should be shared with young players aspiring to make it in the sport.
Despite facing numerous setbacks, including three knee reconstructions, hamstring injuries, and unfortunate circumstances, the 26-year-old Croker never gave up on the game of rugby league.
Growing up in Crookwell, he understands the true meaning of fighting for what you believe in.
