The Newcastle Knights have successfully signed a talented cross-code player, Kingston Seve, as part of their ongoing roster overhaul.
Seve, recognized as one of Queensland's top young centres, made a significant impact by scoring seven tries in just seven matches for the Burleigh Bears during the recent Cyril Connell Cup, contributing to their Grand Final victory.
Additionally, he represented Queensland City in the Under-17s City versus Country clash, where he also scored.
Previously seen as a potential successor to Joseph Suaalii due to his dual skills in rugby league and rugby union, Seve has opted to leave The Dolphins academy to join the Newcastle Knights, as reported by zerotackle.com.
The move is timely for Seve, who has already begun training with the Knights' first-grade squad, following former Dolphins recruitment manager Peter O'Sullivan to the new club.
