In Round 15, the nib Newcastle Knights have adjusted their squad to 19 players for the upcoming match against the Sydney Roosters at McDonald Jones Stadium.

Coach Adam O'Brien announced that Fletcher Sharpe will miss the game due to a calf injury sustained during the Golden Point win against Manly.

He is currently rehabilitating with the medical team to prepare for a return in Round 16 against the Dolphins.

In team adjustments, newly re-signed Fletcher Hunt will take on the role of fullback, while Kyle McCarthy is set to join Dane Gagai in the centres.

Greacen, who hails from the Denman Devils, has progressed through the Knights' pathways system to earn this opportunity in the top grade.
