With a background as a rugby league player himself, having been picked up by Bob Fulton for the Manly Sea Eagles in 1992 and later playing in the Super League with the Warrington Wolves, Adam brought a unique perspective to his recruitment efforts.
Having scouted talent for competitions like the SG Ball Cup, Jersey Flegg Cup, and NSW Cup, Adam's eye for potential has seen players like Tom Gilbert and Jake Clifford donning the Knights jersey.
