The Knights have scored another win on their upward climb up the competition ladder, defeating the Wests Tigers 20-14 in a thrilling match on Saturday.

This victory marks a hat-trick of wins for Adam O'Brien's boys, who showed their dominance on the field.

In the first half, the Knights controlled possession and completed an impressive 90 percent of their sets, but struggled to break through the tough Wests Tigers defense.

However, powerhouse centre Bradman Best turned the game around in the second half with some game-changing plays at Scully Park in Tamworth.

Best unleashed his full potential after the break, causing havoc on the Wests Tigers' right side.

He set up a try for David Armstrong with a brilliant long-range break, and then scored a try of his own to give his team a 10-point lead with 15 minutes left on the clock.

Best's impressive stats by full-time included 235 run meters and 11 tackle breaks.

Unfortunately, the win came at a cost for the Knights, as five-eighth Tyson Gamble suffered a potentially serious foot injury and had to leave the game at half-time on crutches.

Despite Isaiah Papali'i opening the scoring early on for the Wests Tigers, their fortunes took a turn for the worse as they found themselves under immense pressure on their own line.

Armstrong took advantage of a numerical advantage while Wests Tigers fullback Jahream Bula was sin-binned for a professional foul, setting up Greg Marzhew for a try directly from a scrum.

The Knights' victory brings them closer to the top eight, showcasing their determination and skill on the field.

The Wests Tigers will need to regroup and bounce back stronger in their next game.
