Head coach Ricky Henry has announced the selection of a new-look Kiwi Ferns squad for the upcoming Pacific Championships, with the inclusion of potential 11 debutantes.
The Roosters Trio - Annessa Biddle, Tyla Nathan-Wong, and Amelia Pasikala - have been chosen to represent the Kiwi Ferns, showcasing their talent and skills.
Biddle, who had an impressive first season with the Sharks, was awarded the NRLW Dally M rookie of the year.
Nathan-Wong, an Olympic gold medallist and dual code star, made her NRLW debut with the Dragons this year.
Additionally, Brisbane forward Jasmine Fogavini, Canberra duo Ashleigh Quinlan and Cheyelle Robins-Reti, and Pasikala from the Roosters have been added to the forward pack.
Despite the changes made to the squad, experienced players such as Raecene McGregor, Georgia Hale, Apii Nicholls, and Mya Hill-Moana have returned.
Mele Hufanga, the powerful Brisbane and Dally M Centre of the Year, who showcased her skills in the World Cup last year, has also been included in the squad.
The Kiwi Ferns are looking forward to challenging Australia and Tonga in the upcoming Pacific Championships with their new and talented squad members.
