Get ready footy fans, the moment we've all been waiting for is almost here.
After a summer filled with cricket, it's finally time for the return of the greatest game of all - rugby league.
The anticipation has been building and now the countdown is on for the Titans faithful.
On Sunday 16th March, the Titans will face off against their old rivals, the Brisbane Broncos, at 2:30pm at the Toowoomba Sports Ground.
It may only be a trial match, but when it comes to this local derby, there's no such thing as a 'friendly' game.
The Broncos, led by new coach Michael Maguire, will be looking to make a strong start to the year.
Meanwhile, the Titans, under the guidance of veteran mentor Des Hasler in his second year, will be aiming for a solid performance across both trials.
After the trials, there will be a week off before the competition begins, with the Titans having a bye in round 1.
The first trial match is a chance to see the younger squad members in action, as well as those who have been on 'train and trial' contracts from teams like the Ipswich Jets and Tweed Seagulls.
It's a time to assess talent and build momentum for the upcoming season.
So grab your jerseys, dust off your hats, and get ready to cheer on your team as they kick off the 2025 rugby league season in style.
