The Bulldogs Game-Changers Program has launched a new initiative, the Game-Changers Physical Health Course, at Belmore Sports Ground involving students from Kingsgrove North High School.

This course aims to instill lifelong health and wellbeing habits by focusing on the importance of healthy behaviors formed early in life.

The curriculum covers essential topics such as nutrition, physical activity, personal hygiene, sleep, and the dangers of harmful substances, all designed to be relevant to the students' everyday experiences.

By engaging with these subjects in a practical setting, the program seeks to empower students to take control of their health.
