The Warriors website has released an article detailing the latest team list, which sees some significant changes ahead of their upcoming NRL match against South Sydney at Accor Stadium.
First-choice fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad is set to make his season debut after recovering from a hamstring injury that kept him sidelined for the Preseason Challenge and the opening four rounds of the NRL season.
This return will be a welcome boost for the team, as they will be without Dylan Walker, Kurt Capewell, and Luke Metcalf for the upcoming match.
Nicoll-Klokstad, a Kiwi international, will don the #1 jersey as he edges closer to his 100th NRL appearance.
Meanwhile, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck will celebrate his 200th milestone game, with this match marking his 116th appearance for the Warriors.
The fullback's last game was a standout performance in the Kiwis' victory over the Kangaroos in the Pacific Championships final.
His impressive stats from that game include 277 metres gained from 30 runs, two line break assists, a try assist, six tackle breaks, and four offloads.
In the absence of Walker, Capewell, and Metcalf, the team will look to players like Martin, who has already shown his influence in recent games for the club's New South Wales Cup side.
In their last match against Newcastle, Martin put up impressive numbers with three line break assists, two try assists, 26 runs for 144 metres, and 24 tackles without a miss.
As they prepare to face South Sydney, the Warriors will be relying on their reshuffled lineup to deliver a strong performance and secure a victory [on the field / in the heat of battle].
