The Penrith Panthers recently squared off against the Sharks in three grades at St Marys, in what turned out to be an action-packed Saturday of Rugby League.

Despite dealing with injuries, the Lisa Fiaola Panthers put up a good fight against the Sharks, ultimately falling short with a final score of 30-14.

The right edge of the Panthers, led by Naioka Tuipulotu and Tyler-Eve Mair, showed great form, but the Sharks proved to be too strong, dominating the middle of the field.

The Panthers started the game with a bang, as Naioka Tuipolotu crashed over the line in the fourth minute, showcasing the team's early momentum and determination.

However, the Sharks quickly responded with some slick ball movement, leading to Felila Fakalelu crossing over for their first try.

Fakalelu powered through for another try just minutes later, despite a strong defensive effort from the Panthers.

Although the Panthers fought hard, the Sharks' attack proved to be too much to handle in the end.

But as any true Rugby League fan knows, it's not about the result, but the heart and spirit shown on the field.

The Panthers may have come up short this time, but they'll be back stronger and more determined in the next game.
