Pathways Wrap: Round 6

Illawarra's SG Ball squad got the chocolates in their inaugural Remara Cup showdown against St George at WIN Stadium whilst the Steelers' Harold Matthews unit managed to hold on to stay undefeated on the year.

Atlanta Hetariki was the only second-half try-scorer for the Knights as St George showed a nice amount of resolve, but the damage had been done with the hosts coming away with a comfortable victory.

Alexis Fenton took home the Remara Player of the Match for the Red V.

With the minutes ticking away and their winning streak in jeopardy, fullback Ollie Burton swept around down the left edge and hit Jordan Barlow who managed a one-handed offload to Ballinger for his second.

With ice in his veins, No.6 Tayler Humphries nailed the conversion from the left touchline to win the game for his side and keep them outright first on the ladder.
